Aaron Black is the son of Bonnie, the older brother of Julie Black, and the younger twin brother of Adam Black. His Twilight Saga counterpart is Rebecca Black.

Aaron was born and raised in La Push, Washington. During childhood, he and his siblings were sometimes acquainted with Charlie Swan's son, Beau, though they never became real friends.
When his father died in a car accident, it hit his family hard, but he and Adam helped their sister, Julie, recover from the pain by taking their father's place in the house, temporarily ignoring their own pain. He met a professional surfer from Hawaii and married her as soon as he turned eighteen years old. He followed her to Hawaii to live with her, and travels with her for her competitions. Part of his reason for leaving La Push was to escape the memories of his deceased father.
Neither he nor his wife know about the existence of vampires or shape-shifters.
Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined[]
In the novel of Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined, Julie mentions to Beau that Adam got a scholarship to Washington State University while his twin Aaron married and moved to Hawaii. She, however, neglected to tell Beau that her older twin brothers did not feel comfortable living in La Push after their father's death.
